Hello, I am Marihelen. The love of the beach and the atmosphere of the Grand Strand made calling this place home really easy for the past few years. I was born and raised in Central PA, Happy Valley, the home of Penn State Nittany Lions. WE ARE… Penn State. I started real estate several years ago in Centre County and grew professionally successful. The twist of life when you are led by the Lord brought me here. He gave me the desire of my heart to live by the beach and atmosphere that is endlessly social. I am a Mother of 3 adult children and strive to make every moment count; that I collect clocks. I am dedicated to my church and church family, Coastal Carolina University ( CCU ) Athletic Foundation, Chambe events, and CCAR Social Events. I am part of the Andrulonis Media and aid in events such as Carolina Country Music Awards as their Red Carpet Manager.
