In 2015 Darrin retired from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina with 30 years of Law Enforcement experience. Darrin and his wife Sandy moved to Myrtle Beach in 2016. Jerry was born and raised in coal country northeastern Pennsylvania. He had been vacationing here with his family and playing golf for over 20 years before deciding to call Myrtle Beach his home with his two wonderful daughters. He is a passionate and hard-working Buyer Specialist determined in helping people find their dream home in the sunny Myrtle Beach area. Kim Griffin is our Client Care Coordinator. Originally from West Virginia, Kim has called Myrtle Beach home for 34 years. Kim is the youngest of 8 children. Being from a large family, she knows it can be hard to get a word in edgewise, but rest assured she is here to listen and help make your real estate dreams a reality. In her free time, Kim can be found going for walks on the beach, rollerblading, watching movies, and occasionally hitting the golf course. Kim is an animal lover, having grown up tending honey bees, and currently cares for two kitties, Hobie Cat and Gracie.

As a child of missionary parents, Katie grew up throughout Europe and lived most of her childhood in a third world country, where she grew to appreciate the everyday things we take for granted – like indoor plumbing. When coming to Myrtle Beach on vacation 25 years ago, Robin never imagined she wouldn’t want to leave.
