Jason Hawver

Chip Hawver has called Myrtle Beach home since he was just two years old. He’s happily married to his beautiful wife, Jess, and together they have a son, Carrson.

Before stepping into real estate, Chip spent over a decade in the entertainment industry, performing as a singer and dancer on stages all across the Grand Strand. His background in entertainment taught him the importance of communication, professionalism, and connecting with people—skills that now serve him well as a real estate professional.

Chip is an active member of Carolina Forest Community Church, where he serves on the worship team. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, reading, singing, and staying involved in his church community.
