The Window of Opportunity Is Closing Soon for the Spring Market

Today I’m here to answer a common question I’ve been getting. People want to know, “When should I list my Myrtle Beach property for sale this spring?”

The answer to that question, at least in The Grand Strand, is now. By the time you’re reading this, it’s around mid-February. The kickoff for our spring market in the last 10 years has been around Valentine’s Day or President’s Day weekend. That is coming up in the next few weeks.

The good news is that leading up to that weekend, the market has been extremely active. A lot of sales have been happening lately and I am looking forward to a very good spring market. While demand increases big time in the spring, inventory goes up too. Demand will certainly be at its highest in the next three to four months, whether you’re looking for a condo on the ocean or a single-family home.

If you’re reading this and thinking about selling your property, give me a call and let’s diagnose your specific property and specific market and figure out what we need to do to get top dollar.

If you have any other questions, feel free to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you.
